Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g rice
- salt water
- 150 g cheese (Gouda)
- 1 large apple
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 can of tangerine(s)
- 150 g cooked ham
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp, levelled sugar
- some pepper
- some curry
- some Tabasco
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
Cook the rice in salted water and let it cool. Meanwhile, finely dice the Gouda cheese, apple, onion, mandarin oranges, and ham. Combine all ingredients and season to taste. It’s best to refrigerate for several hours and let it sit. It can also be turned out.
