Spanish Version of My Goulash Soup

- 600 ml Goulash soup based on my recipe
- 150 g Raisins
- 100 g Sliced almonds
- Parsley
- Cinnamon

- When the potatoes are soft, fish out the bay leaves and the garlic, add the raisins and season with cinnamon & pepper and cover again for 10 minutes on the switched off stove.
- While eating, carefully brown the almonds in a pan without fat. If you like, you can cut a few parsley leaves finely.
- Put the finished soup in a soup cup with the almond flakes and parsley? garnish ….. enjoy your meal …..
