Honey garlic spare ribs

Blanch the spare ribs in boiling water for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the honey, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce until smooth. Stir in salt, pepper, and finely chopped or crushed garlic. Brush the spare ribs with the mixture, repeating several times. The longer the spare ribs stand, the more intense the flavor will be. While grilling, brush the tops 3-4 more times. Grill until the spare ribs are cooked through.
