Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 bag hazelnuts, ground
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup of sparkling mineral water
  • Fat for the mold
  • Breadcrumbs for the form

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Nut cake

Add the ingredients one at a time to a mixing bowl and mix well. Grease a springform pan and coat with breadcrumbs. Pour in the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (convection oven) for about 1 hour.
