Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Figs dried
  • 100 g Plums without stones
  • 100 g Apricots dried
  • 100 g Pitted dates
  • 100 g Drying pears
  • 1 packet Trail mix
  • 1 Lemon. Zest and juice
  • 2 Eggs
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 3 dL Cream
  • 250 g Swiss brown flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Pear bread spice

Instructions
 

  • Cut the dried fruit into pieces. Soak with lemon zest and juice. Let steep for 15 minutes. Beat the eggs, sugar and salt with the mixer until frothy, add the cream. Mix the flour, baking powder and spices and fold everything with the pickled fruits into the egg mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a buttered cake tin. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° for 1 hour, turn out onto a sieve and allow to cool. If packed in aluminum foil, it will keep for several days in the refrigerator and can be frozen well. For the cheese platter, cut into thin slices with the slicer.
