- 1 packet Trail mix

- 250 Gr Ruchmehl

- Cut the dried fruit into pieces. Soak with lemon zest and juice. Let steep for 15 minutes. Beat the eggs, sugar and salt with the mixer until frothy, add the cream. Mix the flour, baking powder and spices and fold everything with the pickled fruits into the egg mixture.
