  • 350 g Spekulatius
  • 100 g Cream cheese double cream setting
  • 250 g White couverture
  • 1 piece Wooden skewer
  1. Crumble the speculoos finely with the multi-chopper or in a bag and rolling pin. Set aside 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs. Then mix the fine crumbs with the cream cheese to create a firm mass. Shape bite-sized balls and place them on a plate in the refrigerator. I got 21 bullets out.
  2. Prepare the water bath for the couverture as usual. Now prick a ball with a wooden skewer and pull it through the white chocolate, place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and sprinkle with the breadcrumbs. (So ​​you don’t see the hole where the ball was pricked)
