Speculoos crunchy muesli

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g speculatius biscuits
  • 150 g honey
  • 250 g oat flakes
  • 50 g almonds, chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 160°C (top/bottom heat). Heat the honey in a saucepan, stir in the almonds and cinnamon powder. Chop the speculatius biscuits and add them to the pan with the oats, mixing well. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (the baking paper makes it easier to clean up afterward). Bake in the oven on the middle rack for approximately 7-10 minutes, depending on how toasted you prefer them.
