Speculoos Macaroons

The perfect speculoos macaroons recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 Protein
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 450 g Finest sugar
  • 2 tbsp Speculoos seasoning
  • 250 g Desiccated coconut
  • 60 Baking wafers 4 cm in diameter
  1. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Mix the sugar with the spice biscuits well. When the egg white is stiff, slowly pour in the sugar and keep beating until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  2. Now add the desiccated coconut and fold in well with the spatula. Now use a teaspoon to pour some of the macaroon mixture onto a wafer and then place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the macaroons in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for about 20 minutes and then let them cool down well.
