Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 100 ml milk
  • 125 g sugar
  • 200 g spiced speculatius biscuits
  • Speculoos, chocolate sprinkles or fruits

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Christmas dessert

Place the quark in a mixing bowl. Add the milk and whisk until smooth. Place the speculatius biscuits in a freezer bag and crush into crumbs. Add the sugar and 75g of the speculatius biscuits to the quark and mix well. Divide half of the quark cream between 4 glasses. Then top with the remaining speculatius biscuits and the remaining quark. Decorate with whole speculatius biscuits, chocolate sprinkles, or fruit.
