Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g quark
  • 200 g cream
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 50 g sugar
  • n. B. Cinnamon powder
  • 200 g strawberries, frozen
  • 20 ml water
  • 1 pinch of guar gum
  • 20 g sugar
  • 200 g spiced speculatius biscuits

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 25 minutes

For the cream, combine the cream, mascarpone, sugar, quark, and cinnamon until smooth. Crumble the spiced speculatius biscuits. For the fruit layer, puree the strawberries and add the sugar. Mix the guar gum with water and stir in. Layer the speculatius biscuits first, then the cream, strawberry sauce, speculatius biscuits, and cream in the glasses, and finally garnish with a few speculatius biscuits. Refrigerate the glasses for two hours.
