Ingredients
 

Spelled shashlik pan

  • 400 g Turkey breast fillet
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 Peppers yellow
  • 1 Orange peppers
  • 1 Shallot
  • Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder (smoked)
  • 1 kl. Can Chunky tomatoes
  • 150 g Spelled rice
  • 1 pinch Raw cane sugar
  • Parsley (from our own garden) to taste
  • Rapeseed oil to taste
  • Vinegar to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash the turkey breast fillet, pat dry with a paper towel and then cut into cubes. Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan and fry the meat cubes all around. Also add chunky tomatoes and stir. In the meantime, clean and core the 3 types of pepper.
  • Cut these into large pieces and add them here too, fry. Season the whole thing with salt, gourmet pepper and the paprika powder. In the meantime, cook the spelled rice according to the instructions and then add it to the pan with the other ingredients, stir.
  • Now let the whole thing cook in the pan for a few minutes. Add the freshly chopped parsley and then place on several deep plates and serve immediately.
