Spelled Spaghetti with Spinach Bolognese

Spelled Spaghetti with Spinach Bolognese

  • 175 g Mini carrots
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 200 g Tartare
  • 80 g Spelled spaghetti
  • Salt, gourmet pepper
  • 2 tbsp *Naturjoghurt
  • 2 Hands full Spinach, fresh
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Spelled Spaghetti with Spinach Bolognese

  1. Clean the carrots and cut into medium-thick slices. Peel and dice the garlic. Take a pan and heat olive oil in it. Steam carrot slices and diced garlic. Add the tartar and fry the whole thing until crumbly. In the meantime, cook the spelled spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions.
  2. Pour into a sieve, drain briefly and return to the pot. After frying until crumbly, season with salt and gourmet pepper. Shift down and stir in the natural yoghurt. Then add the whole thing to the spelled spaghetti in the pot.
  3. Mix everything together well. Put handful of spinach in a sieve, wash, sort and also add to the other ingredients in the pot. Carefully fold in again and season with salt or gourmet pepper if necessary.
  4. Now place on a deep plate and serve immediately!
