Ingredients
- 250 g Hemp spaghetti
- 250 g Whole wheat spaghetti
- 350 g Asparagus green fresh
- 300 g Fresh spinach leaves
- 300 g Fresh prawns
- 200 ml Cream 10% fat
- 1 piece Fresh onion
- 2 piece Garlic cloves
- Sea salt from the mill
- Ground white pepper
- Virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Cut the asparagus into bite-sized pieces and briefly bring to the boil with a little lime juice, salt and a pinch of sugar. Peel and finely chop onions and garlic and fry in olive oil, deglaze with some of the asparagus water and let the spinach collapse in it. Rinse the prawns and add to the spinach, pour the cream over them and season everything with salt and pepper. Bring everything to the boil briefly and fold in the asparagus. Remove from the hotplate and let stand covered.
- Now cook the spaghetti until firm to the bite according to the instructions on the packet, drain, drain well and pour into a large bowl. Now spread the asparagus, spinach and shrimp mixture over it and mix well. DONE & ENJOY; o)))
