Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 2 apples
  • 100 g raisins
  • 50 g almond flakes
  • 250 g double cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 100 g chocolate shavings
  • 4 tbsp orange liqueur

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the apples into small pieces and mix with the raisins, almond flakes, and orange liqueur. Let stand for a while. Mix the double cream, egg yolk, and chocolate. Pour the fruit mixture into a small pan, then pour the cream and egg yolk mixture over it and let it set under the raclette grill. This makes enough for 8 pans.
