Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g spelt flour
- ½ tsp sugar or 1 dashes agave syrup
- 2 packets of dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 300 ml water
- 25 g olive oil

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes, then knead again. Shape the dough into three baguettes or one large baguette and make a few diagonal cuts with a knife. Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake the loaves on a baking sheet on the middle rack for 25-30 minutes.
