Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g spelt flour type 630
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 10 g yeast
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 50 ml water
  • 25 ml sunflower oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 10 hours 40 minutes

Dissolve the yeast in the water. Mix the dry ingredients together and add the wet ingredients. Knead everything well into a dough, then knead for another 5 minutes until it is nice and soft and glossy. Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate overnight. The next day, divide into 10 equal portions and roll into long rolls. Place these on a baking sheet and let them rise for about 1 hour. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Bake the rolls in the hot oven for about 15 minutes. Let cool and continue processing. 220 kcal per bun (based on 10 rolls)
