Cream and quark cream with raspberries and Oreos

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g raspberries, frozen
  • some powdered sugar
  • 400 g cream
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 g natural yogurt, 3.5%
  • 1 pack of Oreo cookies

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 15 minutes

First, place the raspberries, still unthawed, into a dish. Dust with powdered sugar. For the cream, whip the cream until stiff peaks form and add the vanilla sugar. Using a hand mixer on the lowest speed, add the quark and yogurt. Pour the mixture onto the raspberries and spread evenly. Finally, crush the Oreos in the package with the heel of your hand and crumble them over the cream. Refrigerate for approximately 3-5 hours.
