Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 240 g margarine
  • 250 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 380 g flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1 tsp. clove powder
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • ½ pinch of nutmeg
  • 35 g cocoa
  • Chocolate icing, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

very fine cake

Beat the margarine with sugar and eggs until fluffy. Combine the flour, baking powder, spices, and cocoa powder, and carefully stir into the mixture along with the milk. Pour into a Bundt cake pan and bake at 160°C (convection oven) for about 60 minutes (test with a toothpick). If you prefer a moister texture, you can cover the cake with chocolate icing after it has cooled.
