Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 g long pepper, ground
  • 5 g Kampot pepper, ground
  • 5 g cumin, ground
  • 5 g coriander, finely ground
  • 5 g cayenne pepper
  • 5 g chili flakes
  • 1 tsp ground blue fenugreek
  • 10 g brown sugar
  • 1 pinch allspice, ground
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients together. If possible, grind all ingredients fresh. This will improve the flavor. Store in a sealed jar in a dark place. Tip: For example, drizzle potatoes with good olive oil and then sprinkle with the spice mixture. Bake in the oven until golden brown.
