Chicken breast with chili cream sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 chicken breasts (approx. 600 g)
  • 1 pack of bacon
  • 2 cups of cream (200 g each)
  • 250 g chili sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Halve the chicken breasts, wrap them in bacon, and place them in a casserole dish. Mix the cream with the chili sauce and pour over the meat. Bake in the oven at approximately 190°C (top/bottom heat) for about 1 hour. Serve with rice or spaetzle and salad.
