Ingredients for 3 servings:
- ½ liter of milk
- ½ liter of water
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 piece(s) of ginger root, approx. 3 cm
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Delicious, warming milk drink
Heat milk and water in a saucepan on the stove and add honey and cinnamon. Peel the ginger and finely grate or chop it. Simmer everything together for about 1 minute. Strain into three glasses, let cool slightly, and serve with a cinnamon stick. Tip: If you don’t have fresh ginger, you can also use 1-2 teaspoons of powdered ginger.
