Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 roll(s)
  • 1 tomato(s), sliced
  • 1 schnitzel from the previous day
  • 1 slice(s) processed cheese (toast cheese)
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 4 basil leaves
  • some Tabasco
  • some Worcestershire sauce
  • ketchup
  • mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the roll in half. Brown them in a pan. Drizzle some Worcestershire sauce and a dash of Tabasco on the top half. Stack arugula, tomatoes, and basil on the bottom half, then top with the schnitzel. Sprinkle some mayonnaise on the schnitzel. Brown the bacon and place it on top of the mayonnaise. Then drizzle with ketchup and put the lid on.
