Spicy Apple-cinnamon Muffins

- 400 g Peeled, pitted and diced apples
- 300 g Universal flour
- 150 g Room temperature butter
- 150 g Icing sugar
- 200 ml Milk
- 4 Pc Eggs
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 0,5 tsp Chilli powder
- 3 cl Rum
- 0,5 Tl Cinammon
- Vanilla sugar
- Decor: chocolate, sugar pearls, etc.
- Preheat the baking tube to 180 ° C above and below the heat. Beat the butter and sugar until foamy, slowly stir in the eggs one by one. Stir rum and milk into the yolk mixture.
- Sift the flour into a bowl and mix in the baking powder, cinnamon, chilli powder and vanilla sugar. Now fold the flour mixture into the yolk mixture. Finally stir in the apple pieces.
- Grease the muffin tins and distribute the mixture evenly in them. Bake for 30 minutes and then decorate to your heart’s content.
