Spicy Apple-cinnamon Muffins

The perfect spicy apple-cinnamon muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Peeled, pitted and diced apples
  • 300 g Universal flour
  • 150 g Room temperature butter
  • 150 g Icing sugar
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 4 Pc Eggs
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 0,5 tsp Chilli powder
  • 3 cl Rum
  • 0,5 Tl Cinammon
  • Vanilla sugar
  • Decor: chocolate, sugar pearls, etc.
  1. Preheat the baking tube to 180 ° C above and below the heat. Beat the butter and sugar until foamy, slowly stir in the eggs one by one. Stir rum and milk into the yolk mixture.
  2. Sift the flour into a bowl and mix in the baking powder, cinnamon, chilli powder and vanilla sugar. Now fold the flour mixture into the yolk mixture. Finally stir in the apple pieces.
  3. Grease the muffin tins and distribute the mixture evenly in them. Bake for 30 minutes and then decorate to your heart’s content.
