Spicy apricot dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 8 apricots
  • 2 tbsp ajvar
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 red chili pepper(s)
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Dice the apricots and finely slice the chili pepper. Mix with the orange juice and ajvar, and season with salt. If desired, you can also puree the mixture. This dip goes well with schnitzel.
