Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 banana(s)
- 250 ml almond drink or oat drink
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp honey or agave syrup
- 1 tbsp, heaped wheat bran or oat bran
- 3 ice cubes
- e.g. roasted peanuts or similar as topping
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Pour the almond milk into a high-speed blender. Break the banana into pieces and add it to the almond milk along with the other ingredients. Blend everything for about 1 minute until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and top with roasted peanuts or banana slices. You can also omit the sweetener altogether. This is a great way to use up very ripe bananas.
