Spicy avocado-banana dip

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 1 avocado(s), ripe
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot or sweet
  • chili sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Scoop out the flesh from the avocado, removing the pit first. Peel the banana. Mash both finely with a fork. You can also use a food processor. Mix with the lemon juice and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili. I haven’t specified the quantities because everyone can adjust the amount themselves, and bananas and avocados vary in size. However, because of the sweetness of the banana, I recommend not skimping on the salt. Delicious with grilled fish, meat, seafood, vegetables, and salad.
