- 350 g Spelled flour type 630

- Make a kneading dough from flour, baking powder, butter, quark, egg, salt, herbs and chopped garlic, which is also seasoned with a little pepper.
- Now divide the dough and roll it out in portions on a little flour (I copied from Test00).
- Cut the dough sheet into eighths, cover each with a strip of ham or some cheese and roll up from the broad side and form small croissants.
- Preheat the pipe to 180 degrees and bake the croissants in it for about 25 minutes.
