Muffins for Friends

The perfect muffins for friends recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Wholemeal spelled flour 1050
  • 120 g Wheat flour 1050
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 15 g Baking powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 0,25 l Milk
  • 70 ml Rapeseed oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 50 g Blueberries fresh
  • 30 g Ground hazelnuts
  • 30 g Chocolate sprinkles
  1. The oven is preheated to 180 ° C.
  2. Mix the flour and baking powder and sift into a mixing bowl. Add the hazelnuts, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, salt, milk and oil. Mix with a hand mixer using a dough hook to form a smooth dough.
  3. I divided the dough into three parts. I put the first muffins in 4 muffin cases. I carefully folded in fresh blueberries under the second part of the dough, and put it into another 4 muffin cases.
  4. Under the last part there were a few chocolate sprinkles … there should be something for everyone 🙂 This dough came in 3 large molds and a few small ones, just because I found the mini molds so sweet. The mini muffins were placed in a baking dish.
  5. Put it in the oven. The minis only took about 12 minutes, the normal-sized ones were just under 30 minutes in the heat before the chopstick sample was clean.
  6. Let it cool down and then you can decorate it as you like (… I still have to practice a little).
