Muffins for Friends
The perfect muffins for friends recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Wholemeal spelled flour 1050
- 120 g Wheat flour 1050
- 150 g Sugar
- 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 15 g Baking powder
- 1 Egg
- 0,25 l Milk
- 70 ml Rapeseed oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 50 g Blueberries fresh
- 30 g Ground hazelnuts
- 30 g Chocolate sprinkles
- The oven is preheated to 180 ° C.
- Mix the flour and baking powder and sift into a mixing bowl. Add the hazelnuts, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, salt, milk and oil. Mix with a hand mixer using a dough hook to form a smooth dough.
- I divided the dough into three parts. I put the first muffins in 4 muffin cases. I carefully folded in fresh blueberries under the second part of the dough, and put it into another 4 muffin cases.
- Under the last part there were a few chocolate sprinkles … there should be something for everyone 🙂 This dough came in 3 large molds and a few small ones, just because I found the mini molds so sweet. The mini muffins were placed in a baking dish.
- Put it in the oven. The minis only took about 12 minutes, the normal-sized ones were just under 30 minutes in the heat before the chopstick sample was clean.
- Let it cool down and then you can decorate it as you like (… I still have to practice a little).
