Spicy Baking: WM Donuts
The perfect spicy baking: wm donuts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 ml Milk
- 2 piece Eggs separated
- 2 tablespoon Liquid butter
- 220 g Flour type 550
- 220 g Salt
- 6 piece Dried tomatoes in oil *
- 2 Branches Fresh thyme
- 3 tablespoon Freshly grated Parmesan
- 2 Branches Rosemary fresh
- Frying fat
- Beat egg whites into solid snow.
- Warm the milk slightly and mix with the flour, egg yolk and the melted butter to a smooth dough.
- Heat the fat in the deep fryer.
- Salt the dough and fold in the egg whites loosely.
- Divide the dough.
- Cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces and mix together with the fresh thyme leaves under half of the batter.
- Under the second half stir the grated cheese and finely chopped rosemary needles.
- Cut off portions with a teaspoon and let them slide into the hot fat. Bake the Krapferl from both sides until golden. Remove from the fat with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Then turn on the TV, sit back and enjoy.
