Spicy Baking: WM Donuts

The perfect spicy baking: wm donuts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 ml Milk
  • 2 piece Eggs separated
  • 2 tablespoon Liquid butter
  • 220 g Flour type 550
  • 220 g Salt
  • 6 piece Dried tomatoes in oil *
  • 2 Branches Fresh thyme
  • 3 tablespoon Freshly grated Parmesan
  • 2 Branches Rosemary fresh
  • Frying fat
  1. Beat egg whites into solid snow.
  2. Warm the milk slightly and mix with the flour, egg yolk and the melted butter to a smooth dough.
  3. Heat the fat in the deep fryer.
  4. Salt the dough and fold in the egg whites loosely.
  5. Divide the dough.
  6. Cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces and mix together with the fresh thyme leaves under half of the batter.
  7. Under the second half stir the grated cheese and finely chopped rosemary needles.
  8. Cut off portions with a teaspoon and let them slide into the hot fat. Bake the Krapferl from both sides until golden. Remove from the fat with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  9. Then turn on the TV, sit back and enjoy.
