Baked Fried Potatoes
The perfect baked fried potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 600 g Potatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika powder
- 1 Onion
- 1 Leek stick
- 150 g Cooked ham
- 2 Gherkins
mustard sauce
- 20 g Butter
- 20 g Flour
- 250 ml Milk
- 3 teaspoon Mustard
- 50 g Grated cheese
- Chives

- Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut into slices, pat dry and fry them in a pan with hot oil for about 20 minutes until golden, season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
- Peel the onion into small cubes, clean and wash the leek and cut into rings.
- Dice the ham and slice the pickles.
- Add everything to the fried potatoes 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time.

- Heat the butter, add the flour and sweat, deglaze with the milk, bring to the boil while stirring and simmer for about 5 minutes
- Season with salt, pepper and stir in the mustard.
- Now pour the sauce over the fried potatoes, sprinkle with the cheese and put it in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
- Take the fried potatoes out of the oven, let them rest a little and sprinkle with chives.
