Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g yogurt or sour cream
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 8 large basil leaves or more
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • ¼ tsp chili powder or to taste
  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and press the garlic. Chop the basil leaves. Mix all prepared ingredients and season to taste. The dip is perfect for grilling, fries, baked potatoes, etc.
