Spicy Blueberry Sheet Cake

  • 360 g Smooth flour
  • 350 g Fresh blueberries
  • 180 g Baking sugar
  • 6 Pc. Eggs
  • 0,125 liter Oil
  • 0,125 liter Water
  • 30 g Blueberries protein powder
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet Tartar powder
  • A bit of sAlt
  • 4 g Chilli powder
  • Ground cinnamon
  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Beat eggs and sugar for 2-3 minutes and then stir in water and oil into the egg mixture. Mix the flour, blueberries protein powder, cinnamon, vanilla sugar, tartar baking powder, chilli powder and salt in a bowl. Now the flour mixture is slowly stirred into the egg mixture.
