Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg carrot(s)
  • 4 garlic cloves (more or less if needed)
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • lots of pepper, black
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

with lots of garlic

Wash, peel, and grate the carrots into medium-sized pieces. Peel and finely chop the garlic and mix with the carrots. Then add the mayonnaise, sour cream, black pepper, and salt and mix well. Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. It pairs well with grilled meat, among other dishes.
