Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 chicken breast, cooked
- 1 onion(s)
- ½ bell pepper(s), red
- 1 gherkin(s)
- 5 olives, green
- 1 tbsp mild ajvar
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 small jalapeño(s)
- Salt
- Cucumber juice
- Sugar
Instructions

with peppers, olives and onions
Cut the cooked chicken breast (I prefer boiled chicken breast) into bite-sized pieces. Peel the onion and core the bell pepper. Dice the onion, bell pepper, gherkin, jalapeño pepper, and olives. Place everything in a bowl. In another bowl, make a sauce with the sour cream, ajvar, pickle water, salt, and sugar. Season to taste (I like to add a little chili). Add this sauce to the other ingredients and mix well. Let everything sit for about 2-3 hours. I like to serve it with fresh bread rolls.
