Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 ml milk
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon, ground
  • 4 tsp cocoa powder
  • 400 ml coffee, hot, strong
  • 4 stalk(s) cinnamon, “Canehl variety”

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

First, warm the milk, mix it with honey and ground cinnamon, bring it to a boil, stir in the cocoa powder, and divide the mixture between 4 warmed mugs. Finally, add a cinnamon stick to each mug for a stir. If you like, you can spice up the drink with a shot of soft brown rum or amaretto for a unique flavor.
