Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g chocolate, semi-sweet, dark
- 100 ml water
- ½ liter of milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg(s), including the yolk
- 100 g cream, whipped
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Crumble the chocolate and melt it in a saucepan over low heat. Add the milk and bring to a boil while stirring and adding more energy. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and pour into the hot, but not boiling, chocolate, stirring vigorously. Ladle into mugs and serve hot with a dollop of cream on top.
