Spicy cream cheese with sheep's cheese

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 2 packs of cream cheese
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 2 garlic cloves, squeezed
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, finely chopped
  • 1 chili pepper(s), finely chopped
  • 1 point sheep cheese, real
  • possibly salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

as a spread or for dipping and snacking

Combine the cream cheese and feta cheese in a food processor or with a hand mixer. Add the finely chopped bell pepper, garlic, and chili pepper (seedless if you prefer less heat) and mix well. Finally, finely slice the chives and stir in. Season with salt and pepper. Let it sit for several hours before serving. Great for barbecues, buffets, dipping vegetables, and crackers.
