Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 80 g bacon, cut into small cubes
- 300 g minced meat, mixed
- 300 g white cabbage, cut into noodles
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- some chili powder
- some caraway, ground
- Oil, for frying
- 200 g pasta (croissants)
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
with white cabbage and minced meat
Brown the chopped onion in a pan with a little oil. Add the bacon and cook briefly. Then add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Mix well with the white cabbage, vegetable stock, garlic, tomato paste, soy sauce, and paprika. Season to taste with salt, pepper, a little chili powder, and caraway seeds, and simmer for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the croissants in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain well in a sieve and mix into the white cabbage and minced meat mixture. Serve with salad.
