Chicken and cream cheese roulade

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 chicken breasts
  • 200 g herb cream cheese
  • 200 g Cheddar cheese
  • 100 g jalapeño(s)
  • 24 slices of bacon
  • 200 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. spice(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Dice the jalapeños and cheddar cheese, mix with the cream cheese, and season to taste. Be careful with the salt, as bacon is also salty. Now butterfly the chicken breast fillets. Roll the cream cheese mixture into the mixture, wrap it in three slices of bacon, and place it in a baking dish. Season the remaining cream cheese mixture a little more, mix with the cream, and pour it into the baking dish. Bake at approximately 200°C (convection oven) for 30 minutes.
