Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g feta cheese
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 chili peppers
- some salt and pepper
- basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 10 minutes
Finely crumble the feta cheese or break it up with a fork. Finely chop the onion and garlic cloves. Peel and deseed the chili peppers, then finely chop them. Mix all ingredients together with the crème fraîche and season with salt, pepper, and basil to taste. To allow the tangy flavor of the feta cheese to develop, let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. Fresh baguette is the best accompaniment.
