Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 figs, fresh
  • 250 g ricotta
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 chili pepper(s), fresh, red
  • 1 chili pepper(s), fresh, green
  • 2 spring onions
  • Parsley, flat
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Quarter the figs and place them in a suitable dish. Whisk the ricotta and cream until smooth. Halve and deseed the chili peppers, then cut into very fine strips. Clean the spring onions and finely slice the white to light green parts. Stir the chopped flat-leaf parsley, onion, and chili into the ricotta mixture, season with salt. Pour over the figs and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
