Spicy fried chicken breast

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 chili pepper(s), red, finely chopped
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 sprig(s) thyme, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 4 chicken breast fillets, 175 g each
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the chili pepper, rosemary, thyme, garlic, and pepper. Wash the meat, pat dry, and brush with mustard. Then season with salt and knead generously with the herb and garlic mixture. Mix the soy sauce with honey. Brown the meat in 1 tablespoon of hot oil and then roast in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 10 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the oven and pour the soy sauce and honey mixture over the meat. Serve immediately. This meat is a good alternative to the usually fatty grilled meat in summer. We serve it with salad.
