Ingredients
- 400 g Frozen imperial vegetables
- 1 Pc Onion
- 30 g Parmesan, grated
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Chayenne pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Vegetable broth
- 1 pinch Garlic powder
Instructions
- Dissolve the vegetable stock in 5 liters of water and bring to the boil.
- Let the frozen vegetables cook in the water until they are al dente. And then pour it off.
- Chop the onion and melt the butter in a pan. Add the salts and garlic powder.
- Add the vegetables to the pan and sear them, stirring gently. Season with the chayenne pepper
- Reduce the temperature and spread the grated Parmesan cheese over the vegetables. Cover the pan and let the cheese melt.
