Spicy Imperial Vegetables with Parmesan

Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Frozen imperial vegetables
  • 1 Pc Onion
  • 30 g Parmesan, grated
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 pinch Chayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable broth
  • 1 pinch Garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve the vegetable stock in 5 liters of water and bring to the boil.
  • Let the frozen vegetables cook in the water until they are al dente. And then pour it off.
  • Chop the onion and melt the butter in a pan. Add the salts and garlic powder.
  • Add the vegetables to the pan and sear them, stirring gently. Season with the chayenne pepper
  • Reduce the temperature and spread the grated Parmesan cheese over the vegetables. Cover the pan and let the cheese melt.
