Spicy Imperial Vegetables with Parmesan

  • 400 g Frozen imperial vegetables
  • 1 Pc Onion
  • 30 g Parmesan, grated
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 pinch Chayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable broth
  • 1 pinch Garlic powder
  1. Dissolve the vegetable stock in 5 liters of water and bring to the boil.
  2. Let the frozen vegetables cook in the water until they are al dente. And then pour it off.
  3. Chop the onion and melt the butter in a pan. Add the salts and garlic powder.
  4. Add the vegetables to the pan and sear them, stirring gently. Season with the chayenne pepper
  5. Reduce the temperature and spread the grated Parmesan cheese over the vegetables. Cover the pan and let the cheese melt.
