Oriental Bread and Paprika Bread

The perfect oriental bread and paprika bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Sunflower Seed Bread:

  • 0,5 kg Bread mix
  • 350 ml Water
  • 1 tablespoon Honey liquid
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped walnuts
  • 1 branch Rosemary
  • 5 sharpen Fresh thyme

cut and floured:

  • 2 Pc. Figs dried

Bread 2:

  • 125 g Red peppers
  • 0,5 kg Bread mix
  • 350 ml Water
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet paprika

Yeast is included in the mixture:

  1. E.g. Buy 1 kg of sunflower seed bread mixture at Aldi.
  2. Now cut the mixture in half. Add the water in each case and knead well.

Version Orient!

  1. Chop walnuts, chop the figs with 1.5 teaspoons. Tend and add flour. Add the thyme tips and rosemary, cut into small pieces. (Everyone can determine the amount for themselves.)

Version 2.

  1. Clean the paprika, wash, grate and add to the dough, season with paprika.
  2. Everyone determines their own bread. I like to supplement with more sunflower seeds. A tablespoon. Honey also refines the taste.
  3. Knead everything well and then just let it rest. The bread should rise enough to double its size.
  4. We flour our work surface and knead the bread again and let it rest again.
  5. Bake at 170 ° C for approx. 80 min.
