Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 90 g lentils, red
- 3 small onions
- 3 carrots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 can of tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- 1 tsp thyme
- 400 ml water or red wine
- olive oil
- pepper
- 500 g pasta

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
vegan, simple
Dice the carrots, garlic, and onions and sauté them in a pan with lentils, tomato paste, and olive oil. Then add the tomatoes, about 400 ml of water, soy sauce, and the seasonings, and simmer over low heat until the lentils reach the desired consistency. Add a little more water if the sauce becomes too thick. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
