Spicy Malaysian chicken breast

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp chili
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 60 g brown sugar
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tbsp Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix together the salt, pepper, chili, cumin, and cinnamon and toss the chicken fillets in it. Place the chicken fillets in a pan and sear, but do not allow them to brown. Remove from the pan and place in a baking dish. Mix the olive oil, brown sugar, finely chopped garlic, and Tabasco sauce well and pour over the chicken. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
