Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 small mango(s), ripe
- 4 stalks of chives
- basil
- ½ lemon(s), juice
- Pepper, from the mill
- 10 g feta cheese, 9% fat absolute
Instructions

Mango with a twist…
Wash the mango and dry it. Cut the flesh into thick slices, remove the stone, and dice it into a bowl. Wash the herbs and shake dry. Cut the chives into small rolls. Pluck the basil leaves, set some aside, and finely slice the rest. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice, chives, and basil to the mango cubes. Season with pepper and let stand for 10 minutes. Serve the mango salad. Pat the feta cheese dry with a paper towel and crumble it over the salad with your fingers. Garnish with basil leaves.
