Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 red chili pepper(s)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- ½ tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Mix all ingredients and marinate chicken, pork fillet, or tuna in it. It also tastes great with other types of meat or fish.
