Spicy mustard spread with herbs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 40 g mustard, sweet
  • 2 stalks of chervil
  • 6 stalks of parsley
  • Herb salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 pinch of garlic salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine crème fraîche, quark, and sweet mustard in a bowl. Rinse the chervil and parsley, pat dry. Pat the leaves dry, chop finely, and stir in. Season the mustard spread with salt, pepper, sugar, and garlic salt and refrigerate. Delicious on pumpernickel and whole-grain bread, topped with smoked salmon or roast beef. Tip: For a spicy mustard spread, use spicy mustard instead of sweet mustard.
