Spicy Omelette with Vegetables III

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Onion approx. 100 g
  • 1 piece Ginger approx. 20 g
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 150 g Brown mushrooms
  • 1 piece Snake cucumber approx. 100 g
  • 100 g Radish
  • 1 disc Boiled ham
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Chicken broth instant
  • 2 big pinches of coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 2 big pinches of colored pepper from the mill
  • 5 Cucumber slices
  • 1 Pick salad

Instructions
 

  • Beat the eggs and whisk them roughly. Peel and finely dice the onion, clove of garlic and ginger. Clean / brush the mushrooms, halve and cut into slices. Peel and halve the cucumber, scrape out the seeds with a small spoon and cut into small pieces. Clean / wash the radishes and cut into slices. Cut the ham into small pieces. Heat oil (2 tbsp) in a medium-sized pan and fry the onion, garlic and ginger cubes vigorously, add the vegetables (cucumber pieces, mushroom slices and radish slices) and the ham pieces and fry / simmer for about 5–6 minutes. Spread / drizzle the lightly beaten eggs over it, season with chicken broth (1 teaspoon instant), salt (2 big pinches) and pepper (2 big pinches) and cook / fry everything with the lid closed at a low temperature for about 10 - 12 minutes and with Garnish with the cucumber slices and lettuce and serve in the pan.
